How can I manage the contents of my cart?

Within the online store, you can view the selected products by clicking on the cart icon (“my cart”) at the top of the page. You can also make changes to the selected products that have been added to “my cart”:

  1. Update the quantity. Select a quantity and click on “update”.
  1. Remove a product from the cart. To remove a product, click on the “remove from cart” button or change the quantity to zero and click on “update”.
  1. Continue shopping. If you want to continue shopping, you can use your cart to store the products you want to buy. Click on “continue shopping” to keep browsing for products.
  1. At any point during your purchase, you can return to the cart by clicking on the cart icon at the top of our page.
What types of emails can I receive regarding my order?

After placing your order on the Black Tuna online store, you will receive the following emails:

  1. Order confirmation: This means that your order has been successfully placed. You should receive a confirmation a few minutes after placing your order. All orders are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable after you have placed your order, our customer service team will contact you.
  1. Order shipment: This means that your order has been shipped from our warehouses and is on its way. We will send you this email as soon as your order leaves our warehouses. Please use the tracking information provided by the courier company included in the email if you wish to obtain more detailed information.
  1. Order returned: The order you returned has arrived at our warehouses. We will initiate the refund after the necessary inspections and in accordance with our Return Policy. To learn more about our Return Policies, we invite you to visit the “Returns and Refunds” section.
How long after I receive my order confirmation will I receive the shipping confirmation for my order?

Once your purchase process is completed, you will receive an email within no more than 2 hours notifying you that your order has been confirmed by Black Tuna and an order number has been assigned.

Remember that for your order to be processed by our warehouse, Black Tuna needs to obtain the confirmation and validation of your payment from the payment service provider of your choice, which is executed through the provider Wenjoy / Arma tu Vaca.

When our warehouse finishes preparing your order, you will receive an email informing you that your order is ready for dispatch and you can track it with the attached shipping guide on our logistics partner’s website.

If you do not receive this email, please contact our Customer Service Center.

Can online orders be canceled?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to request the cancellation of an order once payment has been made. Once you have received your order, you can exchange your item directly at one of our physical stores or request an exchange or refund online according to the Withdrawal Policy.

Is it necessary to create an account to shop at Black Tuna?

Registration is not required. You can place an order in the online store as a guest. However, if you plan to make regular purchases, we recommend registering as it will save you time when placing future orders on Black Tuna’s online store.
