What payment methods are accepted?
Our straightforward payment process is designed to help you complete your order and finish your online shopping visit easily and quickly.
You can pay with your Visa, Mastercard, American Express debit or credit card, or through bank transfer using PSE (Pago Seguro en Línea). The payment gateway we use is provided by Wenjoy by Arma Tu Vaca.
We also offer the option to pay through Waave, a fast and secure payment system.
On our online portal, you can also make transactions with international credit cards. Please note that validation of your payment may take a little longer.
To ensure the security of your data, please be aware that your debit or credit card information is not stored in our systems. Once you have completed your payment information, you will proceed to a summary screen of your order. Please review all information on this page carefully, as this is your last chance to make any corrections.
I received a cancellation notification due to non-payment, but I did make the payment. What can I do?
If your order is cancelled due to non-payment and you have indeed made the payment within the specified timeframe by the platform, please contact our Customer Service Center. Make sure to have the proof of payment handy, as this evidence will be essential to initiate your claim.
How can I request a correction to my invoice?
Unfortunately, this document cannot be modified once it has been issued with the information originally entered during your purchase. Therefore, we suggest you review all shipping and billing information before finalizing your order.
What can I do if I did not receive my invoice?
To request a copy of your invoice, please contact our Customer Service Center through any of our digital channels and provide your order number. You will receive the requested invoice via email within no more than 72 business hours.
